ATTENTION! – Important Information for Monthly Vacation Home Rentals – Please Read!

Located directly across the street on historic Island Inn Road are our 4 Monthly Vacation Home rentals. These homes combine all the benefits, seclusion and affordability of a private vacation rental with the assurance and level of service provided by Sanibel Island’s #1 Hotel.

All Vacation Home reservations check in on the 1st of the month and check out on the 30th (except for February, which checks out on the last day of that month). So, to check availability for our vacation homes for a particular month, go to this link and select the 1st day of that month as your check in day and the 30th day of that month as your check out day (use last day of month for February).

All Monthly Vacation reservations require a deposit of 25% of the total stay amount at time of booking via credit or debit card. The remainder of the total stay is due no later than 90 days before your arrival date. Monthly Vacation reservations canceled or modified within 90 days of the arrival date result in a full forfeiture of deposit. A fee of $250 applies to all other canceled Monthly Vacation Home reservations. No-shows and early departures are charged 100% of the original total stay amount. By booking a Monthly Vacation Rental, you agree to the house rules, terms and conditions, which can be viewed here. This document must be signed and returned to the Island Inn within 24 hours of booking. Until this signed document is received and confirmed via email at [email protected], no agreement to rent or reserve a Monthly Vacation Home exists.
