The Island Inn reopened its doors as the first hotel on Sanibel Island to receive guests post-Hurricane Ian. Thanks to major capital investments made over the past decade in our property’s infrastructure and coastal resilience, we are proud to continue to offer a beachfront oasis on Sanibel Island.

Know Before You Go:
• Deposit of either 1 night room + tax, or 25% of the total stay amount (whichever is greater), is taken at time of booking.
• Reservations canceled or modified within 5 days of arrival date will result in full forfeiture of deposit.
• Reservations canceled or modified outside of 5 days prior to arrival date are refunded in full minus a $35 processing fee.
• No-shows and early departures charged 100% of original total stay amount.
• Check-in time is 3PM and check-out time is 11AM.
• At check-in, a hold in the amount of $250 is placed on your credit card.
• Pets or emotional support animals are not permitted – No exceptions.
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years of age.
• No moving trucks, vans, rental trucks, trailers, campers, RVs, boats, generators, fuel tanks, etc.
• No subleasing of any form.
• No transient guests.
• No smoking in the rooms, porches, or grounds. Property is 100% smoke free.
• No tools, equipment, power tools, or gas operated equipment of any kind allowed in room.
• Two (2) parking spaces for conventional dual axle vehicles are provided per reservation.
• There are no pool or food & beverage outlets on property.
• No elevators – All accommodations are accessed by stairs.
• Construction will be going on in other areas of the property.
