Born Shoes Photo Shoot at the Island Inn
Born Shoes, which are 100% hand made from natural products, chooses locations that have the same natural, earthy feel as their shoes. This is Born’s third photo shoot in Southwest Florida, and it will not be their last hosted by the Island Inn.
Infinite Summer was inspired by bright colors and long lazy beach days, and the natural atmosphere provided by Sanibel Island proved to be the perfect location for the seasons photo shoot.
The beautiful beachfront of the Island Inn was the ideal location to showcase Sanibel’s pristine shoreline and provide the natural, earthy backdrop for the Spring 2011 Line.
Kathy Teter, advertising director for Born Shoes, says that creativity is key in their line and photo shoots.
“We hire the top artisans in their field for hair, makeup, and design. They are encouraged to be the artists that they were created to be. Everyone on the team brings their own talents and vision, and has the freedom to interpret”, says Teter. The Island Inn and Sanibel Island are the perfect place to let Born’s artists conjure up another masterpiece.
On location, Born made a video journal and will tell their story of their time on Sanibel. These stories will be available next Fall, just before the release of the Spring Line.
