Our monthly vacation rental homes are located on Sanibel’s historic Island Inn Road, directly across from the Inn, providing private access to Island Inn’s 550 feet of pristine beach as well as our geothermal heated and cooled pool! These vacation rental homes have all of the amenities and things you’ll need for the perfect beach trip, including your very own beach buggy cart. Completely remodeled in 2021, these stylish spaces have granite countertops and tile flooring throughout, as well as brand new appliances and hardware. Literally everything is brand new! You’ll enjoy high definition Smart TV’s as well as lightning fast WiFi for those few days you decide to take a break from the sun and sand. Set just across from the beautiful 550 feet of beach owned by Island Inn, you’ll enjoy the luxury of having private beach access just outside your front door.

Plus, you get to access all of the amazing amenities that Island Inn has to offer! Travel along the shore for some of the world’s best shelling opportunities, or spend a day poolside at Island Inn’s geothermal heated and cooled pool, kept at a perfect 86 degrees all year long! Experience the outdoors in a new way with Tennis, Volleyball, Horse Shoes & Shuffleboard courts available, as well as bike, kayak and paddleboard rentals. Best of all, you have direct access to our restaurant, bar and lounge, Traditions on the Beach. Enjoy a day on the beach collecting sea shells and soaking up the sun, then head home to relax before you enjoy Traditions contemporary cuisine prepared with a Sanibel Island style!

Enjoy the island outside of our grounds by exploring some of Sanibel’s best attractions! Two great golf courses are on island, so hitting the links is a breeze. The Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum has been completely remodeled to include aquariums and touch tanks, so both adults and children will love a visit here. Explore the flora and fauna of Sanibel by touring the famous Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge or take a tour of the entire Island on one of the many guided tours offered by local vendors. Here’s How to Book Your Stay in Paradise

All Vacation Home reservations check in on the 1st of the month and check out on the 30th (except for February, which checks out on the last day of that month). So, to check availability for our vacation homes for a particular month, go to this link and select the 1st day of that month as your check in day and the 30th day of that month as your check out day (use last day of the month for February).

All Monthly Vacation reservations require a deposit of 25% of the total stay amount at time of booking via credit or debit card. The remainder of the total stay is due no later than 90 days before your arrival date. Monthly Vacation reservations canceled or modified within 90 days of the arrival date result in a full forfeiture of deposit. A fee of $250 applies to all other canceled Monthly Vacation Home reservations. No-shows and early departures are charged 100% of the original total stay amount. By booking a Monthly Vacation Rental, you agree to the house rules, terms and conditions, which can be viewed here. This document must be signed and returned to the Island Inn within 24 hours of booking. Until this signed document is received and confirmed via email at [email protected], no agreement to rent or reserve a Monthly Vacation Home exists
